In the past, the commonly used welding methods for stainless steel were argon arc welding and resistance welding. Compared with laser welding, these two welding methods have certain defects.
Argon arc welding is easy to penetrate the stainless steel during the welding process, and it will produce smoke that is harmful to the human body. It also requires skilled welding masters to weld better, and the labor cost has been high.
The principle of resistance welding of stainless steel is to pass current between the clamping parts and use the resistance heat generated between the contact surfaces to melt the metal and combine them.
