Processing method：
The TK50 series is a simple CNC lathe machine driven by a servo main motor. It has an independent spindle and can realize infinitely variable speed.
Equipped with the SZGH-CNC1000TDb/c system, it realizes two-axis control and can automatically complete the processing of internal and external cylindrical surfaces, arbitrary conical surfaces, arc surfaces, end surfaces, and metric and imperial threads, etc.
It is suitable for the processing of shaft and sleeve parts of various varieties and small and medium batch products, and can show its superiority for the processing of complex and high-precision parts.
The characteristics of TK50 are as follows:
1) High-strength cast iron bed with high strength and good shock absorption; multiple aging treatments effectively suppress the deformation and stress caused by cutting force during processing. The guide rail pair is subjected to medium-frequency quenching and precision grinding and plastic pasting and scraping processes to reduce friction resistance and maintain accuracy for a long time.
2) The headstock has an independent spindle structure, which can achieve stepless speed change, and the maximum spindle speed is 2500r/min.
3) The X-axis adopts synchronous pulley drive, and the Z-axis adopts a servo motor directly connected to the ball screw to obtain higher processing accuracy.
4) The guide rail and ball screw pair adopt centralized automatic thin oil lubrication, and oil is added to each lubrication part at a regular and quantitative time to ensure uniform lubrication of each sliding surface and the service life of the ball screw pair and guide rail.
