The Machine Center VMC1160 is a heavy-duty vertical machining center engineered for high-precision, high-stability cutting tasks. With a reinforced cast iron structure, large machining capacity, and advanced CNC control options, the VMC1160 Machine Center is ideal for mold production, automotive parts, aerospace components, and general machinery manufacturing.

The feed axis of VMC1160 series machining center is controlled by X, Y and Z coordinates, and the main axis is driven by servo motor. It can realize the drilling, milling, boring, expanding, reaming, tapping and other processes of various complex parts such as disk, plate, shell, CAM and die in a clamping process. 1. Overall layout of VMC1160 machine center

VMC1160 series vertical machining center adopts vertical frame layout, the column is fixed on the bed body, the headstock moves up and down along the column (Z), the slide seat moves vertically along the bed (Y), and the table moves horizontally along the slide seat (X).
