This week we delivered a high-performance milling&drilling machine tool SZGH-650 to a Russian customer in the parts manufacturing industry.
After strict factory inspection and debugging, the packaging and loading were completed under the witness of our customer representative, and it was successfully delivered to the designated freight forwarder and sent to the customer's factory.

In the test phase before shipment, the SZGH technical team conducted a comprehensive "physical examination" of the machine tool.
The drilling and tapping machine SZGH-650 is equipped with a 4-axis rotary table, which can realize multi-faceted continuous processing and greatly improve the production efficiency of complex parts; the high-precision tailstock is equipped to provide stable support for long workpieces, ensuring rigidity and precision during processing; and the integrated automatic tool setting instrument can quickly complete the measurement and calibration of tool length and radius, and control the tool setting error at the micron level, effectively ensuring the processing quality of the product.

As the "nerve center" of the equipment, the electrical cabinet has standardized and orderly internal wiring. Circuit breakers, contactors and other electrical components are all well-known brand products, which not only improves the operating stability of the equipment, but also provides convenience for subsequent maintenance. SZGH engineers showed the layout design and safety protection measures of the electrical cabinet to the customer representatives in detail, and explained the electrical control principles and daily maintenance points of the machine.

After completing all tests and confirming that the equipment performance meets the standards,our packaging team uses standard export wooden boxes to reinforce and package the machine, and adds anti-collision buffer materials to key components to ensure that the equipment is not damaged during transportation. With the cooperation of the professional loading team, the packaged machine SZGH-650 was smoothly hoisted to the transport vehicle, and it was shipped after being firmly fixed.
