Our high-precision machining center SZGH-540 adopts the electronic control kit independently developed by ourself to make the electromechanical coordination work at its best. And you can choose our incremental or absolute type machining center system SZGH-CNC1000MDcb or SZGH-CNC1000MDcb(H).
This model is equipped with an 8-station tool magazine, and can be equipped with a 3KW, 5000RPM mechanical spindle or a 4.5KW, 24000RPM electric spindle to achieve high-precision milling.
In addition, the machine body adopts a patented anti-deformation heavy-duty base, which is heavy enough to support the high-speed and stable movement of the drive head, improving the accuracy and finish of bar processing.
Most importantly，the key components are made of high-quality wear-resistant configurations such as Taiwan, and the spindle installation is all dynamically balanced.
